Imam Ibn Hajr writes about hadith of Ibn Umar (ra): Imam Ismai'li has pointed towards Taffarud of Abdul Ala. Ibn Idris, Matmaar and Abdul Wahab they have all called it "Mawquf" and even Imam Abu Dawud has said after narrating this hadith: It is Sahih but it is the saying of Ibn Umar (ra) which means It is Mawquf.
