Shu‘bah relates it from Salmah bin Kuhayl: I heard it from Abu Tufayl that Abu Sarihah or Zayd bin Arqam (Shu‘bah has doubts about the narrator) — relates that the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said: One who has me as his master has Ali as his master. [Sunan Tirmidhi Volume 005, Page No. 833, Hadith Number 3713] — Abu Isa Tirmidhi said: This hadith is Hassan – Sahih (i.e Handsome and Sound) — Shu‘bah has related the tradition from Maymum Abu Abdullah, who related it on the authority of Zayd bin Arqam and he has related it from the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him).
